The Whirlpool is an excellent smaller vargan by Volgutov of Russia. It accommodates everyone from beginner to seasoned player.

Similar to the larger Sage Vargan, while being higher in tone. Tight gaps and medium stiffness reed make for a highly sensitive harp with great volume. Very responsive to breath, open/close glottis and many styles of articulation. Pure bell ring for great sound. Trigger plays stable under slow or fast play. An excellent value in vargan from Russia.

Handmade in nature and tone may vary slightly with each individual piece. These vargan come with a magnetic ball installed in the loop trigger! Remove the ball for a slightly higher pitch. Two instruments in one!
