The Black Fire from Aròn Szilagyi of Hungary is sure to please any player, from beginner to advanced!

Aròn has been playing the Doromb since he was a child! He has learned the craft from his father, Zoltan, who is a master harp builder and been crafting these beautiful instruments for nearly 4 decades!

The Black Fire is a melodic harp with very slight, almost un-noticeable saturation. They are the most popular of all the Szilagyi Doromb models, and loved by Jaw Harp players around the world. They are abundant with overtones, yet can still be played fast for percussive style beats. Black Fire responds very well to breathy play, as well as open/close glottis techniques. These Doromb can take inward or outward plucks with ease, with almost no affect on the sound it produces, which put them in a category that very few harps fall into.

Black Fire are equipped with a coating that resists corrosion. With proper care, your instrument will live many years free of rust or corrosion, and the original luster should retain its original beauty!
