The Kou Xiang originates from China. It is a brass instrument similar to the Dan Moi but has three leaves which each produce a different key. Together these three tones harmonize to create a soothing chord.

These instruments have a slightly tougher learning curve than the traditional Dan Moi but are still suitable for beginners. They are fun to play and make for a great conversation starter! They do have a fairly sharp reed and are not recommended for small children.
